Sol'Delish CLT Restaurant: A Vibrant Culinary Experience in Charlotte

This was our first visit. I'm so glad that I found Sol-Delish. Great atmosphere, music, staff and food! Jamal and Ms. Gloria were so good to us. The food was amazing. We will be back. Highly recommend.

We discovered this place online last week and we have already been there twice. We tried the fried flounder, fried chicken, Steak, mac n cheese, corn bread, fries, collard greens, yams & yellow rice— It was all SO BOMBBB. Everything was flavorful & you can tell it was made fresh. Their staff have always been very friendly & accommodating. The music & atmosphere is such a vibe. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband went to restaurant for second time. We both got Salmon. Somewhat dry ...I did not like the sauce that came with it. All the sides were great and the sweet potato cake. The waitress. Zyriah was very attentive.. I would go back again and try a different entree. There is limited seating... we had to wait both times we went ...free parking. The first time I went, I had chicken wings...they were great!!

I was directed to this restaurant while searching for a new option on maps. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming into the completely full dining room. The waffles had an apple cinnamon flavor. Overall, it was a very nice brunch at 3 in the afternoon. Must return to try the dinner menu.

My food was delish! Oh My Goodness, My Salmon Salad without the fries and a side of Collards & Kale, Girl Stop Playing! And the Seafood Mac&Cheese, I Dare Anyone to do better, This was Delicious! The Cocktails did not disappoint at all. We had been waiting to be seated but baby!!!!!! It was well worth the wait. Please Sol Delish Expand, Expansion is a must for the business and the customers that appreciate and loves what you’re doing. Period!

Today was our first time here and it will NOT be our last!!The quality service, DELICIOUS food and energized atmosphere were ALLL EXCEPTIONAL. There was nothing but black love all around. It was standing room only and our projected wait time was one hour but we were seated within 15 mins. It's small, but cozy and they're in the process of expanding to a bigger location. Our table had an appetizer of salmon bites. It was all of our first time and everyone loved them. I'm a VERY pickup basic eater and I loved them too. Our entire party was well pleased. The homemade sweet potato cake was delicious and VERY fresh. We decided to try it by splitting it 4 ways. It was so delicious we forgot to take a picture AND ordered a 2nd piece to split 4 ways. We STILL forgot to get a picture LOL. Can't wait to travel back to CLT to go again

Overall, this was another great first experience. I love supporting Black-owned businesses. In terms of the food, the fried wings were delicious, and the broccoli was on point. My mac and cheese was good, but some of the noodles were a bit overdone. However, the atmosphere is vibes, the music was perfect and the overall aesthetic was perfect! Would definitely return.

A absolutely amazing experience! You must try this place at least once. The atmosphere was like home for anyone melanated . The service was fast and pleasant. Anything you get off the menu is superb, but if your looking for recommendations. Everything Greens Dip was mouthwatering. I tried to get a picture but it was halfway gone in seconds. The fish was hot and the mac and cheese was awesome also. Overall a pleasant experience would definitely go back!
